My Weekend

Published by katiecash91 under Uncategorized Edit This

I know this post is sorta late, but I really didn’t feel like writing this weekend, so I will write now, about my weekend.

Friday

So, Reina’s birthday party thing was on Friday. We went paintballing! It was wicked fun, but I was extremely tired from volleyball so I left early and didn’t go to hREINAer party after, but either way, paintballing for a while was still really exciting. Now, I had only been paintballing onBallerzzce before with my friends, Joe and Patrick, and I got some pretty nasty bruises that time, but this time, daymmn. I have a massive on on my leg and one on my stomach. They just seem to keep growing, :pp. Hella badass, right? Well anyways, that was really fun, even though I got hit in the neck and face, and couldn’t see and Nick shot me 3 times at my chest and none of them broke.

Oh and Kayla has a pretty B.A. bruise, too. It’s on her hip and it’s wicked. Reina’s you can’t really see though, cause she’s so black and all. Yeah, you know your jealous my best friend is black and yours isn’t, bitch! (Had to add the “bitch” at  the end for dramatic effect. Hope it worked, :pp)

Saturday

Saturday was my Albie day. We woke up early, made breakfast, ate, and then ended up falling asleep again until about 2pm, but it was still fun. Then we went to the Halloween Store in Rohnert Park, where I tried on 2 costumes (which I refused to show Albert, :pp). Then we went to SSU Bunny Earsto visit Zack. We played Rock Band and I must say, Zack is an amazing singer, :p Then we went to dinner and then back to the dorm. Soon after, Hannah and Shalena arrived, we played more Rock Band, and then walked to the duck pond at SSU, which was pretty cool, actually.

Albert and I then decided to go see a movie. He choose Burn After Reading, which, in my opinion, wasn’t that good, XD. But Brad Pitt’s character, Chad (Haha), was actually a really good character, I thought. Then we went home and ate more pie(:

Then wHAHA!ent to bed(;

Sunday

We didn’t accomplish anything Sunday, (yet it was still quite fun [:, though), until finally leaving the house at 5pm to drive him to Church where he left me… ::sigh::

Haight & Ashbury Street

STORY TIME!!Ferry Ride

So, over the summer, my good ol’ friend, Reina, and I decided we were going to go to San Francisco for the day, being as it’s only 45 minutes away and all. What are plan was, was to drive to the ferry building and catch a ferry to the city and then catch a bus to get to our destination: Haight & Ashbury Street. Now, I had never a) been on a bus before and b) been to Haight & Ashbury Street before, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Reina, also, had never taken a bus before, so this was gonna be an adventure, so we thought.

Well anyways, lets rewind to the ferry ride. We parked and hopped onto the ferry just in time. It was at the ticket booth that I got my first compliment of the day!

“I like your shirt” said the woman working, with a slight laugh. I thought she was joking, but she was serious. I think she also thought it was funny I would be wearing this shirt to the one of the most liberal cities in America..

Once on the boat, Reina and I goofed around, outside the boat, inside the boat, pretty much everywhere. We played on the wheelchairs and wore the life jackets around like little 5-year-olds, but hey, it entertained us along with the others in the ferry. Once we got there, I realized wearing my “Republicans Screw Better” shirt probably wasn’t the best idea, (despist the fact the ferry lady liked it) being as the man we asked for directions was gay and gave me a slight glare. Tard-o

Haight & Ashbury

On with the story, we hopped on the bus and rode it around for a good long while, until we finally arrived. Once we got there, we saw a whole lot of bong shops, and many used clothing stores, which Reina and I love. Used clothing shops, that is. Anyways, we walked around all day, obverving the bright colored graffiti, massive amounts of tie-dye clothing, totally sweet shoe stores, groups of “punk-rock” teenagers and old stoner men. It was a good day. When we finally saw our bus, I got distracted by yet another shoe store and forced Reina to go in with me, thus, missing our bus. We sat there in stonerland for another couple minutes until another bus finally arrived to take us back to the ferry building where our ferry awaited us. We were late for the ferry and decided to get Noah’s Bagels. Mmm, so good. I love bagels. Anyways, we took the ferry home and decided that Haight & Ashbury Street is not really all it’s cracked up to be. Plus, I got sick on the ferry. Wasn’t that great of an adventure. We’ve had better.

The San Francisco Zoo

Published by katiecash91 under Uncategorized Edit This

I didn’t really get a chance to write yesterday because I didn’t get home until late. So, I will write about yesterday today.

September 21st: Allie left for Davis and I went to San Francisco to visit Albert.

My mom, dad, Allie, and Dylan were all going to leave from around 8-9am, but they didn’t get out of the house until about 9:30-10am-ish, but whatever. After they left, I quickly cleatunnel.jpgned and got ready and then off to San Francisco I went. I didn’t know how to get to San Francisco State, so I called Albert and he met me at Stonestown Mall. (While I waited for him, I bought a $5.32 beanie from H&M. Tehe, had to throw that in.) Anyways, then we decided we’d go to the Zoo, since I have anual passes. We looked at lemurs and other primates first and then made our way over to the Kangaroo “Walkabout”, where we saw kangaroos doing absolutally nothing. Not very exciting, but hey, still cool. dsc02189.JPGThen we headed past some stange looking bird, called a “cassowary”, and then we saw an eagle sitting on a branch covered in shit. Pretty nasty, but hey, if that’s what its into…

Anyways, I was super excited for the Tropical Rain Forest Exhibit and the elephants, but it just so happened that those two exhibits were actually closed, so that kinda put an damper on my day, but oh well, Albert cheered me up by catching me a peacock. Okay, that didn’t actually happedsc02238.JPGn, but if he did catch it, he’d probably die of some rare foreign deadly disease. Oh, and just for the record, the lions and tigers didn’t attack us…this time. Oo Oo! And we saw a rhino, kind of a big deal. It’s horn was shaved down like Hellboy’s though, how lame. We passed by some other strange animals  and even saw a couple of squirrels! I know, I know, you can see squirrels anywhere, but it was exciting because it was the only uncaged animal in the zoo other than peacocks.

Next up was the Nature Trail. It’s a favorite, even if it’s closed and no animals are in it, which there weren’t. But Albert and I found other ways to entertain us. He jumped into one of the gates areas (meant for employees holding and showing off the animals to tourists), and

dsc02254.JPG

acted like a crazy wild animal! Only…not really. It was then that he declared himself a rare animal to me and a man walking past with two young children. Smooth, Albert, real smooth. It was an enteraining Nature Trail walk to say the least. Next up was the Insect Zoo. Outside of the Insect Zoo is a massive spider-web made out of rope. I remember 12 years ago thinking that it was insanely huge, but looking at it now, it looks as though it shrunk. Obviously, I didn’t, I just grew. But it just seemed way to unbelieveably small compaired to what it lSpidergirlooked like through my 5-year-old eyes. To the left you can see a picture of me acting like Spider-Man. No big deal, :pp

On with that day, then.

Next on the list were Meerkats. It was here that we observed those cuter little creature’s do their thing. MeerkatThose things are my favorite. Look at the one on the right. So adorable, right? Tehe

Anyways, it was in the Meerkat area that Albert and I decided to crawl through the tunnel, meant for the bodies of 7-year-olds, but we managed to get through. Yeah, it was a tight fit, but we squeezed our way out. That’s what we were doing in the picture up top, if you were curious…

After all this, I was actually kind of tired from walking around all day, so we found a grassy area and just chilled there. I also climbed a tree. Kind of a big deal, I know, I know. Then we went back to the mall, ate food, went back to Albert’s dorm, chilled some more, and then I left. “/

So, that was my Sunday for ya. Hope the pictures kept ya’ll entertained, :pp

DRESS

So today, I was suppose to go to a Sheryl Crow concert with Allie, Danielle, Olivia, and Alison, but I passed that up because I kinda needed to get a homecoming dress. My mom, dad, Dylan (my 7-year old brother), and I all headed up to San Francisco, where we planned to get my dress. Daddy dropped us off at the mall, and then he headed off to a meeting. Well, my mom, Dylan, and I roamed the mall looking for Bebe, when we stumbled upon BCBG, and the first dress I tried on, I fell in love with. It’s red and black and quite short. (See picture) We decided to look for other dresses, too, though. So we put the dress on hold and off we went, but I didn’t find anything else I wanted.

We went to get coffee and breakfast and then we were going to head back to BCBG, when ran into Mary and Celeste (Two girls from my school). Small world, right? Well anyways, then we headed back to get the dress, and BAM! I ran into two more friends, Allison and Tori! Even smaller world! Well anyways, I got my dress and then we headed up to get shoes from DSW. On my way, I stopped at Urban Outfitters, thinking I’d get Albert a birthday present, but the guy didn’t return my text fast enough as to what shoe size he wears, ::sigh::. Oh well, I got my shoes and dress so now, I’m all set for homecoming.

And holy crap hole, I love my shoes. They are five inches. Tehe, I love that Albert is tall, (: I’m so stoked.

And also while in the city, we stopped by the Halloween Store, where I decided I want to be a pirate, and Dylan got his costume. He’s going to be a “wicked jester”,(See

halloween.jpg

picture) whaddaythink? He also got a hella sick hat from Urban Outfitters and a jester cane thing, which we walked around with all day while wearing his new hat. What was great about his attire was that while my mom was in a store, and Dylan and I were outside, two students from The Academy of Art came up with giant cameras and asked if they could take his picture for a project they were doing. Of course, Dylan struck a fantastic pose. That kid should be a model, :pp

Anyways, today was pretty exciting…

The Dead Cat

Published by katiecash91 under Uncategorized Edit This

Since my day wasn’t superb, I thought I’d tell a story…so here we go:

So one Friday, I decided to go seea movie with Willi, my ex-boyfriend, Garth, one of his good friends, and Kayla, one of my fwends. Well, anyways, we ran into Julia and Joe at the movies, whaddayaknow, more friends! Well anyways, after the movies, we decided to go to my house to chill for awhile and do something super exciting, so, we did. We all got into our separate cars and drove to my house. When driving up my street, everyone noticed the dead cat smack dab in the middle of the road. It was no surprise to me, being as the cat had been there, dead on the cement, all day long. Once I pulled into the garage, Garth and Willi split, followed by the girls and Joe. I followed. I mean, there was nothing better to do. We all gathered around the cat and decided we needed to move it and get it out of the middle of the road. I mean, it could be dangerous, right? :p

Willi and I ran home to grab a huge black trash bag. Then we ran back and collected the cat. It was, by far, the most disgusting thing ever. But insanely enjoyable at the same time. (That makes me sound like a total creep, but whatever :pp)

We decided we’d go throw the cat away, because it had no tag or anything, and well, we’re stupid teenagers. But upon arriving at my front door step, we had the idea of delivering it to another kids front door. Yeah, witty, right? Anyways, Joe called up his friend (I don’t remember his name, so we’ll call him…hmm, Marco.) Well anyways, “Marco” came in this huge white van-like-thing and drove us to the other side of town to deliver this package. How sweet of us, right?

The best part, in my opinion, was the next day. That Saturday, a woman came to my house and posted a piece of paper on my front door. When I went out to grab it, I noticed the picture of that same cat with a “MISSING” sign. Great, right? Well these creeps wanted their cat back, for some bizarre reason.

Personally, I think that

  1. What the hell would they do with their dead cats body?
  2. They should have picked it up earlier in the day then. I mean, it was there since like 3pm.
  3.  It had no collar, so psh!
  4. There are children in the area, and a bloody cat is not needed.
  5. It was just a fun night and it was worth it

Oh, and for the record, my neighbor, HEATHER MURPHY ran over the cat. Shh, don’t tell. :pp Hah

Blood Drive

Published by katiecash91 under Uncategorized Edit This

So today was the blood drive at school, which I decided to participate in this year. Well, I was all ready to go in the morning and pumped for getting my blood drawn from my body to be stored and eventually put into another persons body. My blood would be in them. So cool, right? Anyways, I was stoked. So, 8:45am came and I went to the area where my blood would be taken from me. I filled out a form while a sweet young nurse made me a PB&J…Yes, for breakfast. It was really good, if you were curious. I had traveled outside of the US in the past three years a couple times, so I had to fill out a form saying where I’ve been, when I was there, and little details about it. I was told I was fine and could probably give blood, but when they checked my form, they saw that I had been in Honduras in July. The one place I was in Honduras was Roatan, and whaddayaknow, it’s a risk zone. I was told I couldn’t give blood because I might have malaria. Who the hell has freakin’ malaria? I don’t! Anyways, I couldn’t give blood and I can’t give blood for another year. July 5th, 2009 to be precise. But hey, at least I got a free T-Shirt, 2 stickers, and a free PB&J, right?

Oh well, next year, maybe.

The Ride

Published by katiecash91 under Uncategorized Edit This

It was in 2nd period Pre-Calculus when my dearest darlingest friend, Danielle, asked how my weekend was. I told her about my new blog and she insisted she be in it. Thus, today, I will tell the great story of one of our adventures.

 The Ride

It all began at Kelsey’s 17th birthday party last year. A group of friends all went to Chevy’s in a town about 25 minutes away, but when it came time to leave, Danielleie had no ride. I knew if I’d take her, we’d have a great adventure, and what do you know, we did. She hopped into the car…literally, jumped over my car door into the hot black leather seats. She probably burnt her butt a wee bit, but casually didn’t mention anything, being that hardass she is. She went on telling me about how great our adventure was going to be, I mean, we had been planning an adventure since sophomore year. It had to be amazing, had to. We accelerated onto the freeway and I almost hit about three cars. Minor detail.

Anyways, where to go, we thought. Well, wherever we were heading, we got lost. I have, by far, the worst sense of direction. It’s a problem. Oh well, Danielleie and I managed to have fun driving around blasting my totally rockin’ CD and singing a long while wearing sombreros from Chevy’s (which are still in my trunk, by the way).  Then, a sobriey check point on the boulevard heading home. Great, just my luck. I was sober, yes, but still, it was a huge pain in the butt. Apparently I shouldn’t be wearing sombreros while driving. Psh, I just didn’t want to get sunburnt. I mean, my pasty white Irish skin burns pretty fast. Finally, after a half tank of gas, I found my way back to her house. I dropped her off, she did a quick dance for me, and I was off.

There Danielle, I wrote about you. Happy?

Oh, and here’s a picture of my Pre-Calc buddy: She’s the brown one.Danielle & Monica

Face Plant

My Day

So, nothing too exciting happened today, but hell, I’ll tell all ya’ll about it anyways! Lucky you.

Like any other average day, I woke up. Oh em gee, right? Well anyways, I then realized I hadn’t done, well, any of my homework yet, thanks to Relay for Life and Albert. What distractions they are. Plus there is the procrastination problem I have. I’m workin’ on it. I told my mom I was gonna miss first period and she was pretty chill with it, probably because Art is my first period class. Relaxing, I know. So I did my homework and for once, I actually had time to have breakfast! I had toast with jelly for the first time in my life, since I just recently found that I like jelly. It was superb. Then I remembered to try toast with cinnamon and sugar. Holy hell, it was amazing. Mmm mmm mmm, tasty. For all of you who haven’t had it before, don’t read my blog again until you try it!

Anyways, then I was off to school. Horray.

It was in 2nd period Pre-Calculus, when I told Danielle and Julia about my blog. They insisted I tell stories about them sometime in my blog, so you’ll hear a story or two involving them in the near future.

I proceeded into 3rd period where Reina and I texted, myspac-ed, facebook-ed, etc. like the hardcore chicks we are. Reina is another one you’ll hear tons of stories about, being as I’m with her all the time, and we do some stupid shit. Oh geesh.

The rest of the day was pretty lame, other than In-n-Out for lunch, and volleyball practice, of course. Coach Scott decided to wear Misty (a teammates) hot pink bra over her shirt throughout practice while remaining serious due to the fact we’ve got a game tomorrow. By the time practice ended, I was sweaty, as usual. I came home, de-sweatified, and then decided to go run two miles on my mom’s treadmill. I don’t get how people do that for funzies… :x Never again. :pp

Since my day was lame, well, at least to me it was. I mean, if you were my stalker, I’m sure you’d find everything about me interesting, even my breakfast. Well anyways, since it was lame, I’ve decided to add a little story about my childhood. It’s pretty spiffy.

 Face Plant

The highest form of flattery to my first grade self was mimicking my crushes. Well one day, I took it too far. Here’s the base of it:

  • Who: Patrick Casey, first grade crush
  • What: P.E. with Mrs. VanZandt
  • Where: SVES yard
  • When: 1st grade, Friday afternoon
  • Why: I’m a dumbshit.

I loved P.E. I don’t know why, because I hate it now. Dreaded it everyday freshman and sophomore year, but I used to love it. Maybe it was because we’d square dance. I loved square dancing, but I always pretended I hated it. All the girls did, but we all secretly liked it, unless we got stuck with the yucky boys with cuties who’d fart and crap their pants up ’till fourth grade…

Anyways, back to the story. One day, the whole 38 kids in my class sat in alphabetical order as we waited for Mrs. Pederson to come back from the teachers office. She had gone to fetch Mrs. VanZandt. She was late.

It was a cold day, so I tooked over to Patrick, who was sitting next to me. Yeah, lucky me, Casey and Cashman (my last lame) start with the same first three letters. Score! Well, he was bundled up, looking warm as..well, something warm. He had his legs tucked up to his chest and had pulled his sweatshirt over his legs. I proceeded to copy him. Flattery, remember?

Well, he was right. It was quite toasty in the sweatshirt, but I decided to tuck my arms in for extra warmth. That was not a good idea.

Next I started swaying. ::sigh:: Yeah, I swayed off the bench onto the cement. Talk about a face plant. The best part was there was no teacher there to help, so I sat their waiting for a teacher to come to my aid. Took quite awhile, actually…in the mean time, I cried hysterically. My face was covered in blood, so intense.

I’ve got no scars though. So a special thanks to Neosporin and the ladies in the nurses office that day, :pp

Relay for Life

Published by katiecash91 under Uncategorized Edit This

Stuff you outta know:

Lets start off with why my blog is called “sexyfox”. Well, I’m a sexy fox, so I just wanted to cut to the chase. Okay, okay, I’m just playin’ with ya. I just figured I’d get more views, especially from all those old 60-year-old men looking for porn online. XD

So the only reason I’m writing this blog thing is because my boyfriend, Albert, had one, and I got a wee bit jealous, thus, I decided to start a blog myself, which is going to be tons better than his, being as my life is just oh so interesting and all.

Well, lets talk about me, you know, the interesting one. I’m Katie, I’m 18 and I’m still in high school. A Catholic high school, with uniforms, mmm, yum.

Right then, we’ll talk more about me later, because, well, it’s my blog, obviously.

My weekend

Friday

So this weekend was actually quite fun. After school got out, I went to volleyball practice like any other day, and then went to our volleyball sleepover. Can’t beat hot tubing, covering houses in toilet paper, and a bowl full of chocolate.

Saturday

Saturday began for me at 8:30am. Yeah, I woke up late, well, for me. I had to be at Casa Grande High School at 9am to set up for Relay for Life, for this year, I was a captain. Yeah, I’m important. Well anyways, there was no doubt I’d be late. I was. Oh, and for any of you that don’t know what Relay for Life is. Look it up. It’s kind of a big deal. Just kiddin’, I’ll tell ya in a nut shell. It’s a 24-hr walk around a track raising money for cancer.

I walked a grand total of 50 laps around the track at Relay. So intense, I know, I know. I try.

Sunday

This morning I woke to “Here Comes The Sun” blasting throughout the track and cute text messages. I could tell it was gonna be a good day.

Left Relay for Life at 10:30am and went home, took a shower,  blah blah blah.

Around 1ish or so, I picked up Albert and off to Jamba Juice we went. When leaving, I realized a total of four people told us to “Get a room” or “Yummy”. Psh, room or red convertible VW beetle. I’ll take the bug any day, lawl. Anyways, then we went to go see The Dark Knight. It was good, of course, like any superhero movie, obviously.

Well, now I’m off to do my homework, damn procrastination, ::sigh::Relay for Life

Oh, and that is a picture of my best friend, Reina, and I at the Relay for Life
